IP phone application R4A

After upgrading to Application R4A, language R4A the IP phones under BP(DBC 42202)can be accessed via http but only white paper can be seen after being logged in.

Anyone had this situation before?

It's been a lot of problems with HTTP access (and still is) ut you should use R4F that is better.

Hi fidde!

My phones are DBC 422 02 and not DBC 422 01.
I think I have the latest software.
Something else: When http to the phones from the same subnet connection seems OK; if http to the phones from different subnet you can see only white color in the left of the page.

R4F is the latest released software for DBC 422 02

Hi!

Attention! As far as I know there exists a Firmware for IP-Phones using on MD110 (latest is R4F) and one for using with BPH (latest is R4A)!

The phones I am speaking about are registered in BP 50 (IP phones under BP).

Anyone has the same problem with web interface to IP phones version 2 under BP or I am mising something in any configuration?

The fact that the phones are registred to a BP/IPU should not affect the behaviour of the web-interface of the phone.
