IP Phone 6920W Firmware unable to download. MiVb 8.0

Hi, guys

Have you guys encounter this on mitel phone 6920W,I got problem with the firmware.
Unable to download from thirdparty.firmware.connect.mitelcloud.com rebooting in 5 minutes

Does the W version works with MiVb 8.0 and older?

The W version officially works with 10.x or higher.

MiVoice Business Release 10.0

New Features and Capabilities

New phone 6920w, 6930w, and 6940w models, as well as MiNET software is added to the 6900 series of MiNET IP Phones.

But there is FW and tools available for download at Mitel SW Download center for older systems.

I've update the firmware via ftp server. With the help of "KMS Article HO4838
