ip phone 4602 - no file server address problem

Hello friends ,

I have IP phone 4602 , when rebooted, he called " no file server address" and im not able to change or to enter in the phone settings.

Help me please

Are the phones getting their info VIA DHCP? if so what is performing this task IPO or a different server?
You will need to statically assign the phone through every field in order for it to not take the info provided VIA the DHCP server. (Even then sometimes this does not keep)
Also ensure that option 176 is programmed as I believe the 46xx series phones use this option and not 242.

Also add the TFTPSRVR=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx in the option 176 instead of HTTPSRVR=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
