Hi,

I know the IP PHONE SERIES 12X0 (1210, 1220 and 1230) are supported by :

•Communication Server 1000 (Release 5.5 and later)
•Communication Server 2000/2100 (CICM 10.1MR2 and later)
•Business Communications Manager 50 (Release 3.0 and later)
•Business Communications Manager 450 (Release 1.0 and later)
•Software Communication System (Release 3.0 and later)

But I eard the BCM 400 Release 4.0 with the late Patch (BCM.R400.SU.System.025-200912-1.0-1.0), the IP PHONE SERIES 12X0 should work.

I got all that in place and do not work.

Thank you for your help, Sam

Thanks foneman1,

I had a look to the read me file, and no where they mention something about the series 12X0.

You make me look it over again and I guest I will have to tell my customer to buy the right model of phones.

Thanks again, Sam
