Hello,
Seem to be having difficulty in getting an IP operator dbc422/02 to connect to our MX-ONE V3 server. Here is what I have done so far:

nansi:numtyp=oi,numse=105;
nansi:numtyp=oc,numse=0;

opsai:lim=1,port=1073;
operi:dir=105,type=7,traf=1515,passw="1105",lim=1;

icfui:ifcind=1,rport=6003,ip=10.0.2.40,dfmt=3,updfcn=NO,filler=64,lim=1;
isfui:ifcind=1,tefmt=2,tifmt=2,dterm=00;
icfui:ifcind=1,mwf=ALL;

Set configuration file to:

System=MX-ONE
PrimaryGKAddress=10.0.2.24

[OMD]
SNAddress=10.0.2.24
SNPort=1073

Connected to the IP phone via IE and changed OMD to yes. When I try and log the phone on it always fails. I have used the debug and it just states that the phone has failed to log on. When I set the IP phone to be a normal it connects and works fine. Can anyone suggest anything please?

You must have the operator application running (OWS or OA) before that the phone will not logon.

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to have an IP operator without having DNA or Netwise?

Thanks

no, this is not possible...

Hi,

Use 2port VOIP gateway from IPTC & you can have IP enabled operator workstation ( D3 - D4 series Digital Phone ) any where in the world... No need for DNA or anything else...

Its cost effective too...

Cheers,

Which codecs have you opened for, I have had the same problem until I opened for G711.
