IP Offiice 500 release version suggestions

We are purchasing a new Avaya IP office 500v2 and would like any input on which software release to run 7 or 8.1.

Also if we choose to run version 7 what are the one-X mobile twinning support/options/limitations with iPhones.

7.0 does not have it, go for 8.1
You can always go back not always up!

Release 8.1. We have not more problems with it as we have with 7.0.
Notice my "not more" as most of the problems are related on the person between the chair and the phone.
