Alright, first of all I am VERY limited on what I do know about the Avaya systems, I tend to stick with the Cisco equip. But I have an IP Office 403 that I had to install at a remote location about a year ago.

Starting about 6 months ago the system decided to stop inbound/outbound calling randomly... So I logged into the machine remotely and looked at the active calls and there showed to be one that was taking up a line, had to reboot the system to get it to release the call.

Over the past 6 months it has gradually gotten worse and more frequent... to the point that over the past 3 weeks I have to reset it 4 times.

About a month ago, I set up the monitor tools so that I am able to pull logs off of the system but for some reason the monitor loses connection to the IP Office and stops doing its job...

Anyways ideas?

If I am reading this correctly.. You are using analog trunks and one of the trunks gets stuck and does not release unless you reboot System.

Have you gone on site and placed a butt set on line? You may want to check with the provider and make sure there is a proper disconnect on line.. You could also try moving the problem line to another port on system if you have one free..

ACS- IPOffice Implement

Will def test that and get with AT&T about that line, but as for moving it to another port, we only have a 4 port card and using all 4 of them.

Thanks advice!
