IP Office Zone Paging

How does zone paging work on the IP office? I have a Bogen Page Amp connecting to 6 speakers. Customer is looking to break the speakers into 2 zones, 1 zone for the office area, 1 zone for the warehouse. I know i need a Bogen zone paging module to connect to the speakers and amp. Through the IP Office, how do i tell it to page warehouse speakers only, office speakers only, and all speakers? Does each zone need to be connected to an analog station and put that into a Paging Hunt group? So i would need 3 Paging hunt groups created and put the 1 page port/extension into group 1, the other in another group, and both in another group?
Then do a dial page and they have to key in the hunt group #? Hopefully I am on the right track but any help would be apprecitated.

I use a valcom v-2003a which will do 3 zones. I connect it to a trunk port and have a shotcode set to dial with that trunk port line id and the telephone number field blank. The valcom waits for you to dial a zone number to page to. for example 1 2 3 or 4 for all zones. hope this helps.

You will need to refer to the Bogens docs or manufacturer to confirm how it's done, zone paging isn't a feature of the ip office it's a feature of the third party hardware in this case Bogen

Easiest is to get second paging amp and set up for external page - then have three IPO hunt groups - one for internal, one for external and one for both.

surely the paging amp just uses Analogue ports off the switch?

if thats the case each port will have an Extn number, then you can name each extn according to what you need? then to page ring the appropriate extn to trigger the relevant port on the pager / tannoy

The Bogen Zone device will require a digit to be pressed to tell the unit what zone to hit.

Just change you short codes to add that digit in the number field.
