I am new to the IP Office. I have an IP Office 500 with CCC and a wall board. I just did a software upgrade on my VPN and knocked my wall board off line. I was told there is a specific order to start everything up. Does this make sense?

Upgraded the IP office? from what to what? Did you upgrade the delta server, user software, and everything associated with your system?
