I have Ip Office 406 that was upgraded to 4.2 and now the voice mail to email is working for some users but not all of them. Any idea will help

The users are on the same domain and also VM pro is sending via SMTP to users. Thank for your cooporation
try running debug trace and leaving a voicemail for the ones that don't work. that should show you why they are failing.

you have my attention, I have one with Exchange2007 and R5 there is not working and debug only shows Error7 when it tries to send. Do you know something more so I can maybe shorten my troubleshooting process

Yes I do and the answer is very close to you. I just repaired one yesterday and added to a thread that was just updated very recently. The cause-solution is very interesting indeed. Just look through the most recent threads. Don't make me link it.

Thank everybody in advance. For some reason it has been working today for all the users. i just do not know if it will stop again or not i hope not. once again thanks for your feedback.
