With Avaya IP Office 500v2 (R7 Manager)
Sometime when you go to check your voicemail (shortcode *17) or whatever method really. The phone is silent with no voicemail prompts from IP Office.
This tends to only happen on 6408D+ handsets and the same voicemail seems to work fine if you call to check using your cell. So it seems it's something about this handset.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
