IP Office VM Pro 8.0 (6001) intermittent no beep after messages.

About 50% of the time the system does not play the beep after the greeting. VMPro is running on Windows 2008 Server. I upgraded to the latest release of 8.0 as well as the control unit. My next step is to un-install the VMPro software and reinstall. I also ran chkdsk /f /r.
Any help would be appreciated.
