IP Office Video Softphone login error

I get the following error on login to IP Office using the new Video Softphone: "Your login details do not match our records. If you are a new user you will need to create an account."

A "Power User" license is installed on the IP Office (Power Demo Kit) and the user is configured as power user with SoftPhone enabled. I can't see any messages from Softphone on SysMonitor. Any ideas?

Allow http access not set? Wrong password?

i think i had this when i first installed it. try logging in without a password.

The password you set is not the one set in the telephony tab !!!

It works now. I had not seen the option "Enable SoftPhone HTTP Provisioning" on the system tab.
