IP Office v9.1.4 Call Center Aux code use?

We have a IP Office v9.1.4 and are running Call Sweet for reporting. We have a group of people that are having problems answering their phone calls and the management is trying to find out what they are doing exactly. Can we setup Aux codes when users go to lunch/break/bathroom so we can see how many times they did X during a period? I see a lot of info with Aux Codes and Avaya Aura/Definity but not anything on the IP Office system. Is it possible, how to set it up, is there a button to initiate it, what SMDR field will the reason code show up in,etc.
