We have setup our AA menu/prompts and all works fine. I would like to know if there is a way to have teh AA be replayed if the caller makes no selection. Presently if no selection is made the caller is pushed through to our main huntgroup.

The timeout is the fall back destination in the incoming call route. Make that a phantom user forwarded to a shortcode that points to the auto attendant.

Why they don't just add a field at the bottom for timeout I don't know, using ICR doesn't work if the call gets to the attendant via a phontom user forward etc, so any indirect attendats have no fallback, just plain silly :)

I have attempted to set this up in the past (for a cheap customer who wouldn't purchase voicemail pro) and what I found was the fallback destination will only work for the timeout once. The second time through, if you do not press anything, it hung the call up. I would recommend just adding a "to hear this message again, please press 9", and force the customer to press something.
