IP Office using Preferred Ports 411 for Equinox

Hi all,

I have setup a lab system where I am trying to use port 411 instead of 443 for Equinox presence and directory searches. So "Use preferred ports" is enabled on the IPO.

When the IP Office has SIP TLS enabled + Use Preferred Ports is enabled in the config of IPO: the Equinox is using port 411 -> prefect !

but when IP Office has SIP TLS DISabled + Use preferred ports is enabled in the config of IPO: the Equinox client is still using 443 although is shouldn't.

Am I missing something here?
I need to set this up without use of TLS in the lab.

Using Equinox 3.5.7
IP Office R11 FP4

Are the clients connecting through a firewall? A firewall could be reading the unencrypted packets and rewriting them.

Do you have packet captures?

Hi we are working local so SIP ALG will not be an issue.
