Good Day Forum,
I have a IP Office 8.1(63) and the customer is using SIP trunks to access voicemail (Their voicemail is on office 365). We can access the voicemail via the pilot number over the sip trunk, however the issue is call coverage to the remote voicemail. Note initially customer didn't indicated the use of a remote voicemail system and no centralized or distributed voicemail license is on the IPO. Question is, will centralized or distributed voicemail license be required or can a coverage path be created to route unanswered call to the remote voicemail.
