IP Office Upgrade from 4.2 11 to 4.2 14 and lost Caller ID from VMP

I have just upgraded from from 4.2 11 to 4.2 14 and when a caller call in and take a vmp option the call wish sent to the huntgroup and passed to callers phone number to all the phone in the hunt group. Now I just get VOICEMAIL displayed. Thank You for any suggestions.
 
Did you also upgrade the VM Pro or just the IP Office?

What happens if you try and tag the call in the transfer action to something else does it still say VOICEMAIL?

gotta be a bug.

a few people have mentioned seeing this since upgrading to this version.

If I answer the call I then see the Caller's Phone number.
 
I know Tom I was thinking the same thing, just tested on my lab kit on the same version and I get CID ok also any tag I set. Seems to be certain systems get it some don't.

milkshake456, you may have to record traces of your VM and system with a call in showing the issue to send to Avaya via your Distributer. Then Avaya can fix the issue

i know this may sound obvious but the Menu option voicemail pro is not programmed with the tags is it where you can force details to the display of the phone.

this is under the reporting tab

sorry i didnt realise i asked the the same but slightly different question

I see that the issue is only showing on the Assisted Transfer on VMPRO the transfer is wokring. With that said I have when into the Assisted Transfer under the Specific tab and added a Source of TRansfer and added teh $CLI and the system works not ask before but the number does show up.

 
So adding the $CLI in is a temp fix fir the issue?

They are extremely stubborn like that sometimes, even if you know for a fact others have reported the same bug they will bare faced lie to you that they have had no other reprts of the issue and it must be your fault somehow and the next thing it's in the known issues list.

Lately some one mentioned a 3 second speech delay with the asisted transfer and not with a normal transfer(both in vmpro)
