I have the latest admin and maintenance release downloaded on my laptop, but when I try to upgrade, it shows me a downgrade version, 7.0(23) to be exact. So, why can't I upgrade? I've put the essential edition license in and they show to be valid. Has anyone else run into this problem? Thank you!

File->Preferences->Directories Tab->Binary Directory (.bin) files should normally be set to C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager That is the default.

Dan

If it ain't broke, why fix it?
If it's broke, try to fix it..
If you can't fix it, get yourself a good baseball bat and swing away! :)

When you do: Help > About does it say 10.0(42)?

If so navigate to:
File > Preferences + Directory Tab = Working Directory Line

Is it set to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager
?

Or the same without the (x86)?

Then on your pc remove manager from your pc and i bet there are two versions installed on it.

BAZINGA!
