Hey there folks,

I recently updated an expiring TLS certificate on a Primary/Secondary IP Office Server Edition, and while the Secondary seems to be just fine, the Primary has taken the cert for the telephony and phones are working, but the cert has not been applied to Web Manager (port 7070) or WebControl (port 7071).

I have tried deleting the WebManagement folder from /opt/Avaya/apache-tomcat/webapps/ to re-deploy it as well as clearing the diskcache from /opt/WebManager/diskcache but nothing seems to help.
I've also tried applying the cert again both from Windows Manager as well as Web Management and it seems to take it and apply (it's correct when you click 'view' in Security Settings), it's just not updating the Web services.

Any insights?

Cheers,

Yep that's ticked, the cert seems to apply (it's correct when I view it from Manager) but just doesn't seem to be making it to WebManager's apache

Think I'm having the same issue here after uploading the new 3rd party cert. Everything is working except for Web Manager at the moment. Any updates on this?

At that time, it was SP3.
I just updated to 11.1.2.4 and this was OK again.

That was my next go-to to fix this, I'll report back if upgrading to 11.1.2.4 fixes this.
