IP Office Twinning stopped working

I recently upgraded my demo unit from 8.1 to 11.0.4 build 74, twinning had been working fine prior to this. No programming changes were made. Twinning will still ring my cell phone but there is no voice path. I am using a SIP trunk, no changes were made to it.

Any ideas?
 
I had an issue similar to this but it wasn't upgrade related, it was SIP refer settings.

Twinning works going out of a different sip trunk? I'm assuming you're calling in, and sending the call out in the same trunk.

yes calling in on the SIP trunk and sending the call twinned to cell phone on the same SIP trunk,worked fine before. nothing has changed with internet, router etc... only the upgrade, what do you mean by SIP refer settings?
 
The configuration on how you setup a SIP trunk has changed a lot from 8.1 to 11.0.4, you most likely will have to go over your settings again.

An annoying bug seems to pop up sometimes so check the timer for twinning which should be 2 seconds (2000ms) and sometimes this changes to 2000 seconds.
I have seen this in multiple releases.

2000 seconds! DAAAAAAAAYUUUUM. lol

I had to change my refer to incoming auto outbound always before transfers and other of forwarding type events worked correctly.

Are you recording the users that are twinning? I ran into an issue when I upgraded to R11 where users that were being recorded had no audio on twinned calls.
 
You upgrade to 11.04SP1 to see if it's fixed?

Running 11.0.4 build 74, turned off all call recording - still doesn't work. Refer Settings are set to Auto for incoming and Always on outbound - no difference, changed back to Auto for both incoming and outgoing - still no audio on twinned calls
