Any thoughts or suggestions on the following would be greatly appreciated.

Site has IP406 running 1.4(27) with PRI and BRI-4 installed. It has an ISDN2e connected for remote support access and an E1 connection using QSIG to an ISDX. The ISDX has PRI to outside world.

If an extension on IP Office calls an extension on ISDX, IP Office extension hears ringing and indeed ISDX extension starts to ring. However when ISDX answers, IP Office extension hears call terminate (ISDX extension hears nothing). At this point the following appears in the monitor

131901mS CMLineRx: v=5
CMReleaseComp
Line: type=Q931Line 5 Call: lid=0 id=1006 in=0
Cause=102, ?
131901mS PRN: Dest Busy Line Refused call

However IP Office extensions can dial to outside world via the ISDX ok, a DDI programmed on the ISDX will come across QSIG link and be answered ok on an IP Office extension and an ISDX extension can call IP Office extension ok.

error 102 is defined as "Recovery on timer expire. "
I suspect this is a problem with the way the ISDX is handling the call but I could not confirm this
(the only site I have using Qsig is connected to a definity with no problems)

We have set the PRI on the IP Office to QSIG B. What have you used when connecting to Definity?

we wer also set to qsig B, this means that the other end needs to be set to qsig A.
