Hi,

Is it in anyway possible to see some basic stats on IP Office? We're running type IP 500, version 8.1 (56).

I'm not looking for in-depth statistics, but I'd like to see stuff like how many incoming calls in any given time periode. Is that possible, or is it really necessary to buy CCR?

Thanks in advance

Better off with Xima, but yes you need to buy something :)

Well, that's not what I wanted to hear :)

But thanks for the quick response!

Xima is way cheaper than CCR for what you want.
It has basic reports and is easy to install.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yeah, I just installed a 14-day trial of Xima - was a breeze! Do you know an approximate price?

I did actually installed CCR earlier today, but I couldn't get it up and running.. and then I found out you needed licenses to use it.

Or look into a call logger if you just need historic stats and not live data.

you can have some information with your system status but that limited, also you need a XIMA or BAD DEVIL CCR Software !!

System Status will show you real basic stats. Load Manager, File > Advanced > System Status - login using your Administrator login details. Go to Trunks and select the trunk and click the "Trunk utilisation" tab. This will show you the amount of inbound/outbound/abandoned calls to a particular line, however note that the stats are reset after a system reboot.

Xima and TIM Plus (from Tri-Line) are pretty good for call logging

Hrm, system status claims I need a newer version. Where can I get my hands on that? I can't find it on Avayas download-site.

SSA will not give you what you want, it just gives the amount of calls on a trunk since system restart, not individual numbers/DDIs and not in certain time frames, just everything since the system was last started. Its designed as a realtime engineering tool not for gathering call data/statistcs :)

@hairlesssupportmonkey - In Denmark :)

And fair enough. I'll let Xima run for the 14 days and then consider if it worth the investment.
