I have customer that has an IP Office V2 9.? something release and we are having issues with the speed dials. The problem appears that they grab an outside line and hit the speed dial button but something isn't recognizing the tones and relaying it to the pots lines. So in three calls only one of them will actually go through. If you manually dial the numbers everything works fine all of the time. I would appreciate any recommendations you may have.
