IP office softphone help

When i make a call thorugh the soft phone to another regular phone ,when i pick up it says "warning you are now being recorded"

Any idea how to get it to work

I am not shure what exactly you want to work but the warnng is being generated bby VM Pro because yor ext hass been set to record calls

Please confirm exactly what your problem is & what you wish to achieve

Just trying to make a call . but when i call from the soft phone to any phone ; thats the msg i get on the other end

Funny someone would have had to set that up so you might check with your system administrator

If you are the admin, go into your manager program, choose the user tab, then open your softphone extension, look under "Voice Recording". The options are on that tab for this feature.
