IP Office - Soft Console Queing

Hi,

Can anyone help?

I have set up the soft console on a win2k(SP2) machine and assigned it to the operator extension.

the problem is i cannot get it to show calls queing on the DDI to the main incoming group - this group has only one extension in it (the operator), with an overflow group of a couple of extensions.

I have set call queing on to the user and the group.

Any help would be appriecated
 
Did you find the configuration screen where you define what groups are to be displayed? You can show how many calls are queued for up to 16 huntgroups.

That is, the configuration screen within softconsole - not in Manager.

allso make sure that call waiting is not enable on the receptionist.

if a call is waiting , the IPO sees it as ringing which is not Queing.
