I have an IP Office with a SIP trunk to our session manager. When calling from a phone on the IPO outbound over to session manager and over SIP trunks, or to an extension on our CM, all in-call functions work properly. When dialing in to an extension on the IPO SIP trunk -> SM -> IPO, I cannot use the hold, transfer, conference features. Anyone have any experience with this?
