IP office short codes

need to add new area code to IP Office 403. Check short codes for dial permissions for long distance calling [9]1xxxxxxxxxx is there. Can't call 331 area code, set says incompatible. Add [9]1331xxxxxxx, when dial number it sends out the last 8 digits.

That's because you probably have:

SC - [9]1331xxxxxxx
Feature - Dial
Tel number - N

it needs to be:

SC - [9]1331xxxxxxx
Feature - Dial
Tel number - 1331N (if the 1 is required if not 311N)

the N only substitutes the X's and doesnt send the other digits dialled so you need to prefix the N with those digits
