IP office services gone down unknown reason

Hi, I got server edition with resiliency and I have to provide RCA for the issue. As unfortunately services gone down unable to specify the reason as i took some logs and here are they

Can anyone let me know why the services has gone down.

Not worth the effort unless its a repeated issue. The system is designed to restart itself if necessary (it has watchdog functions which, if they thinks some part of the system has locked up, will automatically restart the system). So even on a system that you think has been running happily for years, when you going into system monitor you can find that it may have restarted itself at some time without anyone even noticing.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
