IP Office Server Edition 9.1.1

Has anyone been able to get this command to work with Server Edition?

Using TFTP, a list can be obtained from the IP Office system of all the registered RAS users which includes H323 IP
phones. For example:
Extn2602,2602,192.168.42.2,1720
ains600,2600,192.168.42.10,1026
Extn2601,2601,192.168.42.4,1720
New,2702,192.168.42.200,1720
1. In Windows, select Start | Run and enter cmd for the Windows command line interpreter.
2. If necessary, use cd commands to select the directory into which you want the list placed as the current directory.
3.Enter tftp -i xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx get nasystem/h323_ras_list yyyyyyyy.txt where: · xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the IP Office unit. · yyyyyyy.txt is the name of a text file that does not already exist in that directory.
4.The TFTP command will confirm when the file has been successfully transferred.
5.To close the command line interpreter window, type exit. 6.Open the text file using Wordpad or a similar tool.

Did you add TFTP client to you windows installation?

Did you open windows firewall for TFTP?

Did you enable TFTP directory listing in IPO security settings?

Why using TFTP?
You need to enable TFTP directory read.

But use monitor or SSA.

This is for 3rd party software. Vuesion from BBX Technologies

Then ask BBX Technologies, its their product and I'm sure they have tested it with IP Office 9.1 to make sure that none of the 9.1 security changes affected things!

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I have contacted BBX. I also have a ticket open with Avaya. In my original post, i was merely asking a question. The information I posted came from the Avaya H323 Phone document. Therefore this is not just isolated to BBX. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this as well. As we all know, Avaya turns out new releases and service packs, they fix some things and break things that weren't broken. If others haven't tried this or do not have the need to i understand. Like i said. It was just a question.

I got the user list from IPO via TFTP before without problems. You can also get the phone types with SNMP (v1!)

UPDATE:

As per Tier 4, this has been disabled for security in.9.1.1.
