IP Office Screen POP app

Greetings,

I have an IPO 500v2 R6.0 installed on a customer location. I want to set up a Screen POP application, so whenever a call comes in to a hunt group or user the application will POP with customer details if the CLID matches the database. I have applied the CTI Link Pro license in IPO. Any other configuration required in IPO side?

I think you need a CRM application for this.
