Hi All,
I have an issue with call recording on IP Office rls 11.
We recently upgraded our IP office from rls 9.0 to rls 11. We also upgraded the VM pro to rls 11, the VM is on a windors server.
before the upgrade the call recording was working great, however after the upgrade we no longer able to record outgoing calls to the VRL library.
Internal calls, Incoming calls from the PSTN but outgoing call from the PSTN will not record.
