So far, all of my IPO work has been with just the control unit and onsite phones and occasionally a server running VMPro. Ive never set up remote phones or used one-x, equinox, softconsoles, or anything like that. I have a customer that has approached me and is wanting some of their agents to work from home. What are the options? They have an IP500v2 and a server running their VMPro. All their agents that will be working remotely do have VPN's set up on their home desktops currently. What kind of questions do I need to ask and what are the best ways to approach this? I do appreciate any help or feedback. This is outside of my realm of comfort but im anxious to learn.
