Talked to an Avaya rep today and he said desktop integration was a weak spot that they are working on for R9.0 coming out in Sept. What additional features can we expect in the upcoming version? A replacement to Phone Manager? A version of One-X Communicator from the Aura platform (wish, wish!)? Any beta testers out there? :)

We can't tell you that.
This is under NDA.
So have some patience as it will come out next month.
But if you have a SSO account than you can probably find some info on the partner portal.
