I've been having an issue when creating a user or extension template. When I right click on the ticket and select Export As Template the following errors shows up:
"Please note that the below SIP Line settings are not supported on Basic Edition"
Then it says that the template couldn't be created.
I'm not using Basic Mode. I setup the PLDS licenses which includes the Essential license.
Any ideas? It looks like a glitch.
Note: I tried in two other computers with the same results.
