IP Office release 10.0.3 "incoming call" announcement when a second call comes in

Since when did the IP Office have an "in ear" announcement that verbally says "Incoming call" when a second call comes into the phone?

It literally says those words in your ear OVER TOP of the person you are talking to......is this an IP office setting? Ive never seen this.....I mean, I've never heard this before....

What type of lines...are you sure it's not something on the telco network maybe on a analogue line with a type of call waiting announcement ..from the telco.

It is a PRI, I've never heard of that coming in on a PRI. And it happens with users that are in a group that is set to collective call waiting.....

I bet any money it is not the IP Office doing it.

I would test by sending it to a user instead and see if it still happens. You can also watch in SSA what happens

I've never heard of it on the IP Office but maybe some fancy 3rd party phone feature...
