IP Office R8 Forward on no answer not working

Hi, I have issues with forward on no answer in IP Office r8.0.44, the goal is, calls landing to autoatendant, caller will dial the extension number direct, extension will ring and it should be transferred back to reception phone if there are no answer for 15 secs, however this is not happening, vm is already turned off, annouuncements for each extensions are disabled already.. any ideas?

I tried using it too lately and could not get it working.
I thought it had to do with the destination being a mobile phone.
So i decided to use mobile twinning in the end.

finally got it working, the extension where Im forwarding it to is on DND! lol
