936, 281, 832, and 713 are local area codes. We have 10 digit dialing.

Users are able to make calls out to 281,832, and 713, but cannot dial 936-xxx-xxxx.

Shortcode:
9N
Dial
N
50:MAIN

ARS 50:MAIN

9N DIAL Nsi123456e line group 0 (PRI)

I am able to make calls to 936 by dialing shortcode *55
*55
DIAL
936-123-4567
line group 0

You need to add 99N Dial 9N as your current code is stripping the 9 :)

In fact ARS needs to be 9N dial 9N, the system will strip one 9 leaving the other intact :)

I added shortcode 99N
dial 9N
line group ARS50:Main

AND I added the same in ARS

I get the same problem...
When dialing, I am able to dial 9+9+3..as soon as I hit the 3 it rings and an error message from the telco is played.

Does the same thing need to be in both the shortcode and in ARS?
