IP office phones are not able to ring the HQ. trunk used is H.323 ...need help in trouble shooting

Dear all ,

we have ip office branch which phones can call locally but not able to make them call to head office . i was being suggested that might be in the trunk (h.323). need assistance in how to troubleshoot and figure out the issue

Post your configs of the trunk group linking the sites, post the signal group configuration, post a trace of an attempted call between the sites. This will give people a starting point to help you out.

Yeah, wrong forum... unless you are trying to connect this with CM. Are you trying to connect your IPO with CM?

guys ,

those all sites are connected to CM . All the IPO's are connected to CM in HQ. i will attach the logs and files mention by Tolson
