Does any body know way to get a report on calls other than TapIt (customer has tapit)? Is the raw data stored somewhere? We are basically trying to find out how many calls a certain extension received (not through tapit) the past 2 months.

There is nothing logged by IP Office, let the customer switch to Xima, the best reporting tool available in the market but no call accounting.
