Afternoon...

Seem to have a problem with users getting an 2nd call coming through via a hunt group whilst they are already on a call from a hunt group.

Anyone come accross anything like this before?

They are members of multiple hunt groups but this never used to be a problem (or they've just never told me about it)

They have 2 lines but need this so calls can be transferred. Is there a setting in the hunt group configuration that can control this?
 
Long shot but if this is happening when the agent puts the current call on hold then you need to enable "Busy on Hold" on the preferences.
 
and of course don't forget great avaya programming, if you dial out, you won't get call waiting. it's only if you are on an incoming call.

sure that's the way it should be!
 
Cheers for that, couple of things to try there. We don't sue call waitng at the moment but if it fixes this then I think we'll start!
 
Taker that was a feature change for a short time on 4.0 but it has been corrected.
 
ummm, noticed it on 4.1 recently. just assumed it hadn't been changed, will check again.
