I set up AA1 for 1-dial by number, 2-dial by number and 5 to go to AA2. Then I set up selector codes 1-9 to xfer to ext's in AA2, but when I dial in, it hits AA1 and when you select 5 it follows the selection programmed in AA2 not AA1. Has any body else had this problem, and if so how to fix it. I'm setting it up this way so I can free up 1 & 2 for selector codes.

Did you make sure that all of your trunks are set to go to AA1? (Trunks->Advanced Setup->VMS Settings->Auto Attendant). Also, what version are you running?

Dan

Remember, I'm not swearing AT you. I'm swearing WITH you. :)

I'm running 8.1.67 and all lines were set for ATT1.

In your Auto Attendant set-up there is a Menu Prompt tab that should say "each menu uses its own". Make sure that does not say follow the morning schedule or something else as this may be causing your issue.
