How to have AA answer rather than ring the phones? I have changed everything I needed to change according to the manual (terrible). Hunt group 7 (VM) does not exist in this edition either. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your response. They only want one message for day lunch night. I should just record a day greeting then in the Manager only have a check mark next to that greeting(7811)?

Record the Menu 7841

The Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Out of Hours recordings play before the Menu Options recording, based on the time settings.

Leave the boxes un-ticked, and record just the Menu Options recording in 7841.

Under Trunks, Advanced Setup, set to Always, and the Number of Rings before Answer.
