are there any indications of an IP Office overheating in Monitor?

Ive got an IP500 in a very hot enviroment and its wasnt a very happy IPO - and was dropping lots of packets on the network.

Once the customer opened the cabinet and let some heat out, its now OK.

Hes now putting another fan in the room!

I do not think so
Had a 406v2 once that was in the same cabinet as a gsmbox
That box showed me a temperature of 60 degrees celcius :)
I could not hold the 406 in my hands, they burned straight away

After a couple of hours cooling down it worked again perfectly

But your customer must really do something about the heat !!!

High temperatures (more then25 degrees celcius) do shorten the lifetime of the equiptment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
