I'm a newbie to phone systems.

My need 4 Lines 8 extensions, 1 Fax, Auto Attendant and Voice Mail, Music on Hold, Call Routing, Pickup Group

Prices being equal what is a better system an R7 Partner or a IP406

While it is understood that the Partner ACS would be phased out in favor of the IPO Partner version, some parts for the existing hardware were becoming hard to get, thus Avaya set a fairly aggressive end of sale date.

Having said that....there will be new stock in the pipelines beyond August 9th.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
