Does anyone know if Avaya has the following on the roadmap for IP Office One-X?

Personal (not shared) Outlook contact integration to IPO One-X
&
The ability to forward VM's from IPO One-X

Outlook contacts could also be used with LDAP which is already there.
The ability to forward is nt there yet but maybe it will come.

and Call Assistant can screen scrape Outlook on a windows machine.

Forwarding VM's is worth a GRIP request though.

I am sure there is not the ability to forward voicemails from one x but it is available on the handsets.

nobody ever said it was there. It would need to be requested as a feature addition.

I'm familiar with LDAP and you can use it for shared directories but not personal directories. Personal directory integration to One -x portal is my current road block so that's why I asked if anyone had heard of anything coming down the road.

I will submit a GRIP request for the forwarding.

Then you can't do it with outlook.
You have a personal directory but the rest is all on a server.
