IP Office One-X Mobile Voip with Fortinet

Customer has an IP500V2 running 9.0 SP4. Internally Flare and One-X Mobile work. The Mobile App shows that Voip is enabled but can not make a call. When I try to place a call it drops.

When I test Flare - SSA shows the Ext but the App on the iPad shows Not Logged In -

Any suggestions on where else to look?

Do you have the correct public IP on the lan tab? does the traffic come in and out of the same public IP when you do a show my IP? have you tried to run stun?

All that is showing the proper info - Ran Stun and same results

thats strange. i wonder if the fortinet modifies the traffic some how. do you have a way to see the policies and traffic flow?
