Folks,
Looking for some advice to set up night service. We would like all calls to ring only at reception during the day but at night have multiple phones ring 3 times before forwarding the call to an automated message. I have set up a night service button at reception and tried multiple methods using a night service hunt group but I cannot get the phones to ring then transfer to an auto attendant where we have recorded an message. Any ideas?

Incoming call route goes to the Main Collective Call Waiting hunt group with the Receptionist in it. The Receptionist has a Set HG Night Service button. The Night Service Fallback group for the Main hunt group is another Collective Call Waiting hunt group that has the extensions you want to ring at Night. The Overflow for this Night group is a Sequential Hunt Group, with a single member (without a physical extension port associated with it) that is Forwarded Unconditionally (including Hunt Group Calls) to a shortcode that points to the Automated Attendant that you want to answer.
