Does "twinning" on the IP Office require a special circuit (T1) or will the feature work with analog co ports?

It will work with analog trunks but you will not get simultanious ringing. So when the twinned phone starts to ring the desk phone will stop. You can still pull the call back to the desk phone using the Twinning button.
