Hi All, I am using Avaya IPO 11.1.xx server edition. Due to hardware refresh, we need to migrate to new Virtual machine. Need suggestion/guidance to migrate the media manager recording to new server. I tried to migrate on our R&D environment but recording doesn't show up. Below process I followed
1. Take IP office configuration backup including media manger and vmpro from old server
2. Restore the same to new server
3. copy /opt/vmpro/MM/VRL from the old IP office and restore the same on the New IP office,
4. configure the media manager
5. start the Media manager service.
But recording doesn't show up. Can you please guide me what I am doing wrong. Please note I haven't followed PSN006317u till now. Do this PSN applicable for our situation.
